We’re delighted to hear that Tanya Brookfield has been short listed for The Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Women in Marketing Awards.  Tanya will be attending the awards ceremony tonight with our very own Managing Director Justin.

This is a fantastic achievement for Tanya who set up charity; Toe in the Water.  Toe in the Water aims to inspire the men and women who have sustained often traumatic injuries, including the loss of limbs, to move beyond their disability and to become re-inspired by life, typically through sailing.

The short listing for the award shows Tanya is committed to the marketing profession and is achieving high levels of success in her campaigns.  Nominated for the Best Female Marketer in the Not-for-Profit category this award recognises the best woman marketer responsible for the most effective marketing campaign in not for profit organisations.

Individuals will need to show evidence of understanding the market, analysing trends, providing consumer insights into campaign design and delivery as well as showing the alignment of tactical strategy within campaigns.

We’re particularly proud of Tanya for her work and as you may have seen have chosen to support Toe in the Water across a range of initiatives such as social media, creative and web development.  Furthermore we are raising money for the charity as part of a team Locker Room Movember initiative.

If you would like to support the charity please do so here

Good luck Tanya!
